Sketch & fabric
Every piece begins as a sketch matched against a fabric swatch — silk crepe, wool twill or brushed cotton, chosen for how it will actually move on a body.
Pattern & cut
Patterns are drafted and graded across our full size range before a single piece is cut, so fit doesn't erode as sizes scale up or down.
Hand embroidery
Knotwork, florals and beadwork are worked by hand at partner ateliers, some pieces taking upward of fourteen hours of stitching alone.
Finish & inspect
Every garment is steamed, threads trimmed, and checked by hand before it's folded — the same care whether it's piece one or piece one thousand.
